Per unit and down
Priced against your real mix and case sizes. Send one month of volume, get a number back.
Send my volumeWhen another prep center quotes you ninety-five cents, ask which of these eight they left out. It is usually four or five - then receiving, the bag, the dunnage and the storage arrive as separate lines.
For manufacturer-sealed case packs that go into Amazon unopened. We receive the pallet, apply your Amazon and carrier labels, verify, stage and book the pickup. Nothing opened, no touch to your seals.
Priced per case, not per unit - what is inside does not change the work. If your manufacturer already packs Amazon-ready cases, tell us: we quote this instead of unit prep, even though unit prep would bill you twenty times more for the identical pallet.
Small-parcel pickup included. LTL or freight adds a flat $25 per shipment. Per-shipment minimum $75. Over 2,000 cases a month we quote lower.

Amazon FBA prep FAQ
Every per-unit rate includes receiving and counting your inbound, FNSKU labels, polybagging with a suffocation warning, expiration and lot codes recorded, packing into shipping cartons, outbound carton labels, 30 days of storage and the pickup booked for you. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no software or membership charge.
$1.05 per unit under 2,000 units a month, $0.95 per unit from 2,000 to 25,000 units a month, and $0.79 per unit and down above 25,000 units a month. Manufacturer-sealed cases that go into Amazon unopened are $1.95 per case, all in. Prices are effective August 2026 and held six months from the date of a written quote.
Case forwarding is for manufacturer-sealed case packs that go into Amazon unopened. We receive the pallet, apply your Amazon and carrier labels, verify, stage and book the pickup without opening a case. It is priced per case ($1.95) rather than per unit, so a 40-count case works out to about 5 cents a bottle. If your manufacturer already packs Amazon-ready cases, ask for this instead of unit prep.
Inbound is received, counted and posted within one business day of arrival, and standard prep ships inside two business days. If something will be late, we tell you before the deadline.

Four things: how many units you ship in a month, how many units are in each case, the case size and weight, and whether your manufacturer already applies your Amazon labels. You get back one figure: what it costs to move a single unit from your manufacturer's dock into an Amazon warehouse, held six months.
Four things, one number back
You get back one figure: what it costs to move a single unit from your manufacturer's dock into an Amazon warehouse. That is the number worth comparing between prep centers - not a rate card. Held six months. Costs nothing to find out.
