This policy explains what information Uptime Fulfillment ("Uptime", "we") collects through uptime3pl.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Quote request form. When you ask for a fulfillment plan we collect the details you enter: company, name, work email, phone, website, order volume, SKU count, the markets you ship to, the services you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
- Technical information. Our server records the IP address and time of form submissions to prevent spam and abuse. We also keep first-party site statistics (pages viewed, time on page, referring site, country) using a daily-changing hash of your IP address and browser rather than cookies, and we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site; see Google's privacy and terms. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To review your request and reply with a fulfillment plan and pricing.
- To contact you about that request by email or phone. We do not add you to automated marketing sequences.
- To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are stored in Uptime's own systems and are only visible to the Uptime team. We share information with service providers only as needed to run this site (hosting) and with authorities when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep quote requests for as long as we're in a sales conversation with you or as required for our records. Email or call us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
