What is DDP international fulfillment?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid before the parcel ships, so your customer receives the order at their door with nothing to pay on delivery. Uptime sets up DDP shipping from our U.S. warehouses to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, and handles the product review and customs approval ahead of your first shipment - typically within one week.
Where are Uptime's fulfillment warehouses?
Uptime Fulfillment operates two U.S. fulfillment centers. Draper, Utah (12552 South Lone Peak Parkway, Suite 101) handles Western U.S. pick and pack, DTC fulfillment and international DDP shipping. Miami Lakes, Florida (14050 NW 57th Ct.) is a full-service East Coast 3PL and co-packing facility: pick and pack, DTC fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, international DDP shipping, co-packing and bottling for capsules and gummies, kitting, and an on-demand catalog of 50+ white-label SKUs.

Uptime's Miami Lakes, Florida 3PL warehouse offers pick and pack, DTC ecommerce fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, and international DDP shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand - the same duties-paid program as our Draper, Utah facility. Miami is also Uptime's co-packing and bottling center for capsules and gummies, handling bottling, capping, sealing and labeling, plus kitting and assembly and an on-demand product line of 50+ SKUs available for white labeling.
